EDO-strobeTuner (text file, right-click and "Save As...") is a strobe tuner for microtonal instruments. Extremely accurate.

Installation instructions are in the file itself, and can also be found here. Presets for the Kite guitar can be found here (right-click and save-as). In Reaper, select Options/Show REAPER Resource Path and put this .ini file in the Presets folder.
